What's the difference between Pro and Premier?
Pro is built for instructors actively growing their student base — unlimited listings, social promotion, and better search visibility. Premier is a full marketing partnership: homepage spotlights, dedicated social features, newsletter placement, and enhanced analytics. If you're running a school or teaching full-time, Premier is designed for you.
Does the plan name imply WildWise has certified my skill level?
No. Plan names (Basic, Pro, Premier) reflect your marketing and visibility tier on the platform — not an evaluation of your expertise. Instructor credentials are shown separately as a Verified Instructor badge, earned through our review process.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next renewal date.
What is the Verified Instructor badge?
The Verified Instructor badge is separate from your membership plan. It's awarded after WildWise reviews your credentials, certifications, and teaching history. Any instructor on any plan can earn it.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Start any instructor plan without a credit card. At the end of 30 days, you'll be prompted to add payment to continue. If you don't, your account reverts to a basic free listing.
Is the student membership separate from instructor plans?
Yes. Student memberships are for people who want to take classes at a discount. Instructor plans are for people who want to list and teach classes. You can hold both if you teach and also take classes from other instructors.
